We are all about helping people flourish in life, spiritually, physically, and emotionally. Did you know that the physical practice of yoga actually pre-dates any religious application of it? It's true. Yoga does not belong to any eastern religions despite some common misconceptions. Holy Yoga, which adapts the physical practice of yoga to biblical beliefs and faith, is a powerful means to help see people flourish. Our approach is based on 3 foundations, which we firmly hold to: Christ-Centeredness, Authentic Community, and Transforming Truth.
We embrace the essential elements of yoga: breath work, meditation and physical postures. In all of these elements, Christ is the focus of our intention and worship. We facilitate a Christ-honoring experience that offers an opportunity to authentically connect to God.
We create an environment that welcomes all people and an atmosphere that encourages one another to be authentic, vulnerable, and supportive so we can flourish.
We practice with our minds set on whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent or praiseworthy (Phil 4:8). We meditate on the wisdom of God's Word (Psalm 119:9-16, 26-27). to We make space to hear from and worship God.
